Yoga/ Adventure Retreat! - RESET :)

Yoga/Adventure retreat featuring sound healing/ music therapy and nature escape.

The retreat takes place at Mystic Beach Resort, an oceanfront hotel on a private beach in a quiet, rural part of coastal Colombia, with a variety of activities included and 3 meals a day prepared by local chefs using healthy, locally sourced ingredients.

We have 2 highly trained teachers with extensive experience. *The retreat is in English, but Spanish is also spoken, and all teachers/guides are bilingual.

Ana and Estafania will be offering “sound healing” and musical therapy, meditation, conscious breathing practice, and a variety of yoga for beginners as well as seasoned yogis.

This retreat offers group classes, including Spanish immersion, horseback riding, waterfall hikes, exclusive beach exploration, a vegetarian cooking class, snorkeling, a cacao ceremony, and a chocolate-making class!

This takes place in the beautiful Sierra Nevada de Colombia, where the mountains touch the sea. Colombia, being the world’s 2nd most biodiverse country, offers a beautiful backdrop, and a must-see for travelers!
